CUMONEY Prepaid Card Update

We’re updating the CUMONEY® Everyday Spend website and mobile app. The new
experience will be available April 27th, 2026.

There will be a brief time when the system is unavailable while we complete the update.
Starting Sunday, April 26th 8 am CT through Monday, April 27th 7 am CT you will not be able
to access your CUMONEY prepaid account.

You will be NOT able to use your CUMONEY prepaid card for purchases and withdrawals,
and the CUMONEY mobile app and website will NOT be available during this time until the
update is complete.

What you’ll need to do:
Before the new site and app are available on April 27th:
* Log onto the website prior to the update
* Save copies of any current statements for your records

After the new site and app are available on April 27th:
* Update your mobile app
* Create a new password
– You can do this on the website or on the mobile app.
– If you choose the mobile app, make sure you’ve installed the update first.
* Re-enter any debit or credit cards you use to load your prepaid card
* Reset any scheduled or recurring reloads
* Reset your alerts and card controls


You can keep using many features just like you do today:

  • Direct deposit on Everyday Spend cards will continue without interruption
  • Your User ID will not change
  • Your Prepaid Visa® card, card number, and PIN will stay the same
  • If your card is in your mobile wallet, you don’t need to do anything
