Mountain Laurel Federal Credit Union is currently looking to hire a Full Time Marketing Manager.
This marketing manager position involves developing and implementing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and revenue, aligning with company goals through collaboration with advertising or promotion managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Design, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Strategic Alignment: Work with leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company goals.
- Performance Analysis: Track key performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and present insights to senior leadership.
- Collaboration: Partner with external agencies, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate efforts and refine messaging.
- Brand Building: Drive brand awareness through traditional and digital marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A relevant Associate’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of work experience in marketing, including management or team lead experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, data base user interface and query software.
- Soft Skills: Strong decision-making, organization, communication, and analytical skills.
