Update 10/01/2023: The Roundabout is finally open! Thank you for your patience.
Update 06/23/2023: Effective immediately, the only way to enter the Warren West branch is now to be going East. If you are coming from the West, you will need to go through the roundabout and then enter from Pennsylvania Ave. If you are coming from the East, you can go through Tops parking lot to enter the roundabout and enter from Pennsylvania Ave. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WATER STREET IS NOW BACK TO A ONE WAY STREET.
Update 06/16/2023: Starting Monday, June 19th, the Warren West Drive thru and parking lot entrance from Pennsylvania Ave. will only be accessible from Water Street. You will need to come down Water Street and enter the OLEWINE Financial Groups parking lot. The city will be setting up cones for you to follow into the credit union’s parking lot. You will need to walk into the credit union or WALK UP TO the drive thru. Please do not attempt to back into the lanes or drive over the curb to swing into the lanes. This is very dangerous. To enter the building, you will need to walk up to the drive thru window for instructions. The Warren East branch is also available for drive thru and lobby.
Update 06/12/2023: Effective immediately, the Warren West Drive thru and parking lot entrance from Pennsylvania Ave. is closed. The only entrance to the credit union is from Water Street. You may drive into the parking lot from Water Street and either walk into the credit union or WALK UP TO the drive thru. Please do not attempt to back into the lanes or drive over the curb to swing into the lanes. This is very dangerous. The Warren East branch is also available for drive thru and lobby. This situation will remain in effect until possibly June 19th, when the street direction will change to go from west to east.
Update 05/15/2023: The parking lot entrance will be closed until further notice, due to paving. You can still access the parking lot from Water Street. The drive thru is currently open.
Update 04/20/2023: Starting Friday, April 21st, the parking lot and drive thru will now be fully accessible from Pennsylvania Ave.
Update: 04/18/2023: On Wednesday, April 19th, the drive thru will be accessible from Pennsylvania Ave. but the parking lot will not. You will still need to access the parking lot from Water Street. If you have any questions, please call their office at 814-723-8730.

Water St. has been temporarily turned into a two way street, so you can either enter or exit from the parking lot to enter and exit the office. Update 04/04/2023: Due to construction on water lines and the roundabout in front of the building , the Warren West Branch will have limited access to the parking lot and drive thru area. Water St. road is temporary a two way, so you can either enter or exit from the parking lot to enter the office.
