Effective Friday, April 30th, 2021, all MLFCU lobbies are open.

UPDATE: 02/17/2021

Effective Monday, February 22, 2021, all of the MLFCU lobbies will reopen to walk-in members, with the exception of the Kane Branch. We are excited to welcome you back and are ready to help you with your financial needs.  We are committed to providing you a safe and healthy atmosphere and have put safety measures into place to help limit the spread of the Coronavirus.

We have implemented new procedures to to keep our members and employees safe and healthy.

  • Inside the branch lobby, you will notice place markers on the floor to help ensure social distancing. Plexiglass shields are also in place at the teller stations and office desks.
  • While inside the lobby, please maintain a six-foot social distance. This may limit the number of members inside at a time so you may be asked to sit in your vehicle until it is your turn.
  • The credit union staff will be wearing masks and for everyone’s safety, we are asking that you wear a mask as well.
  • If you are not feeling well, please refrain from entering our lobbies. You can conduct your transactions by using an ATM, drive-through window or online banking where provided. Should you need to have curbside service, please call your branch to schedule your visit.

UPDATE: 01/08/2021

Effective Monday, January 11, 2021, ALL of the MLFCU lobbies will be temporarily closed for the safety of our staff and members.  The branches with  drive-thru lanes will be completing transactions through the drive-thru windows and and the other branches will be providing curbside call in service. 

UPDATE 01/07/2021

Effective immediately, the Bradford branch will be closing their lobby. The branch will be providing curbside call in service. Call when you arrive and we will come to you. We will update when we reopen the lobby. Should you need to contact the office, there will be staff on hand to help you. Please contact them at 814-368-3880.

BRANCH UPDATE:  Warren East and West branches lobby’s and drive thru’s are open for services.

BRANCH UPDATE:  The Warren East branch at 1513 Pennsylvania Ave. East will be opening on 12/3/2020 for drive thru services only.  The lobby will remain closed until 12/07/2020.  Both Warren branches will be reopening their lobby’s for services on 12/07/2020. 

Update: 11/23/2020

COVID UPDATE:  Effective immediately, the Warren East branch at 1513 Pennsylvania Ave. East will be temporarily closed.  At this time, the Warren West branch at 117 Pennsylvania Ave. West will have drive thru, night deposit and ATM services available. These measures have been taken for the health and safety of our employees and members. We apologize for the inconvenience and your patience is appreciated.

The health and well-being of our members and employees remains a top priority as we continue to practice appropriate social distancing measures. Staff will be wearing face masks and we encourage you to do the same.* *You will be asked to temporarily remove any face covering for identification and security purposes.

Can I come in the branch for my transaction?

Yes, branch lobbies are open for teller transactions and other in-person member assistance.

Do I need to make an appointment to visit the branch?

Appointments will need to be scheduled for loan signing and opening new accounts. Service is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

How many members are allowed in the branch at a time?

The number of members allowed inside will vary and is based on the size of the branch.

I prefer to use the lobby for my transaction. Are there restrictions for going inside?

A limited number of members will be allowed inside the branch at a given time and will need to maintain six-feet of distance from one another. When the lobby has reached capacity you will be asked to wait outside until a member leaves. Our staff will be wearing masks to keep you safe and we request that you do the same to keep us safe.

Who is allowed inside the branch?

Only the person conducting the transaction is allowed in the branch.

Are non-members allowed in the branch?

Only non-members wishing to establish membership or conduct limited transactions are allowed in the branch. Only the person conducting the transaction is allowed in the branch.

Do I have to wear a face mask to come inside the branch?

Our staff will be wearing masks to keep you safe and we request that you do the same to keep us safe.

How long will Mountain Laurel have limited capacity in the branches?

We are following guidelines provided by health officials and federal agencies in efforts to reduce the spread of COVID-19, and will adjust operations according to their recommendations.

What is Mountain Laurel doing to prevent the spread of coronavirus?

Plexiglass sneeze guards have been installed at each teller station and Member Service Representative desk, and all staff are required to wear face masks. Additionally, the branches are cleaned throughout the day; staff have supplies to wipe surfaces during the day; hand sanitizer is available; and we are educating employees on best practices recommended by the CDC.

Can I still use online banking or the mobile app for my transactions?

Yes! Members are encouraged to limit face-to-face activities and access self-serve options when possible.

Update: 05/11/2020

After careful consideration between our CEO and branch managers, we have decided that it would be in the best interest of both the members and the staff that we continue to operate as we have been over the last several weeks. The Lobby will remain closed until further notice, drive thrus and night drops will remain open and curbside banking will continue.

We greatly appreciate your continued patience and cooperation through these unconventional times. We look forward to getting back to normal operations in the very near future.

03-31-2020: We are here for you during these difficult times in many ways.

As we continue to closely monitor this situation, we want to keep the health and safety of our staff and members a priority.  As a precautionary measure to help protect the safety and well-being of our employees and members and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, we will be closing our lobbies to walk-in traffic indefinitely effective April 1st and will be offering limited services only.  Please contact your local branch for more information on how to complete your transactions as a few are doing Curbside Banking. We encourage you to take advantage of our convenient 24/7 services that we offer.

  • Online Banking and Voice Response Unit to check balances and make account transfers. 
  • Use of debit and credit cards to make online purchases for delivery. 
  • Use Bill Payer to pay your bills online. 
  • Loan applications can be completed anytime or anywhere by applying at mlfcu.net.  You can also view our loan rates online at mlfcu.net
  • Use of Night Drop to deposit cash and checks available at all branch locations throughout the day. 
  • Our drive-thru window is available at the St Marys and Warren locations and will be open regular hours. 
  • Other limited services may be available by appointment onlyPlease contact your local branch for more information on how to complete your transactions as a few are doing Curbside Banking.

We also understand there may be instances where members find themselves facing financial difficulties. We are here to help and encourage members who may be impacted or need assistance to reach out to discuss and find a solution for you.  Also, remember you may be eligible for interest only payments.  For more information please contact any branch office.
